The first time we used them we were moving out of an apartment we were renting while our home was being remodeled. They stuck to their quoted price even though the job was a little more than they expected. We then had them continue to clean our new home.

They were very reasonable and professional, again sticking to their quoted pricing even though we were still in the middle of construction while living in our home and there was constant construction dust in our home.

"After receiving several quotes for our bathroom renovations project my husband and I decided to go with Creative Home Remodeling. Their quote was competitive and the project manager Ben Sviri made us feel comfortable that he really understood our vision and was capable of executing it for us. Upon starting with demolition all the way through the finished project it was smooth and done in a timely manner. There was some additional water damage that was found after demo which included extra work which was understandable. Ben worked with us on price and we were grateful that the work was being done correctly and professionally. Unfortunately our home was renovated by the previous owner and not done to standard or code. But we feel at ease now knowing the work done by Creative Home Remodeling was done efficiently. Each step of our reno was inspected and passed by the city. Every question or concern we had was answered quickly by Ben and I felt satisfied that he took great care to handle them. Overall the project took about 6 weeks even with the extra work that was needed. Each contractor that worked on each step of the reno was respectful of our home and efficient with their work. I was thoroughly impressed at the speed and care at which they worked each skill. From demo, plumbing, electrical, tiling, paint, etc., it was all done wonderfully. The end project is a completely different bathroom and we love it so much. It turned out beautiful and we are so happy with the results. "After getting three estimates, I selected Dorel from IND to remodel a condo I have in San Pedro. The price was in the middle of the other two (although they were fairly close together.) The project was a total internal remodel including new cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. The IND Team was fast, efficient and kept up up-to-date with their progress. They were easy to work with and they were on time. (That is unusual with contractors.) The key was getting everything to them when needed so they could keep up with the schedule.
