"They did an excellent job remodeling my home to be compliant with ADA recommendations for 2 bathrooms, including widening doorways. Additionally 1300 sq ft of new flooring was added. I can't say enough about the work crew - Sergei, Daniel and Roman. Carl & Joan W"

"Very nice to work with. Fair price and they paid attention to small details. I had them do an additional project and am very pleased with the outcome."

"We just completed a comprehensive bathroom remodel (which included moving walls, installation of heated tile flooring), second bathroom update, exterior door replacement and assorted minor repairs with Happy Home Remodeling. Being new to the area, we were fortunate to come across a contractor that has knowledge, expertise AND troubleshooting savvy. (No construction remodel is without an unexpected glitch). We did interview a few contractors, as much for pricing but just as important, to get a feel for level of trust, reliability, competence and confidence. Mike ticks all the boxes. All along, communication was clear, regarding costs, scheduling of necessary permits, sub- contracting (plumber/electrician) and inspections. Installation was meticulously completed within the stated timeline."

"Daniil and his team did a great job on my basement rebuild after a flooding months ago. They were hard-working and did really nice work. The new shower is gorgeous. I would recommend them any time."

"KI Construction did a fantastic job for us that exceeded our expectations! We had a cement-steps and awning entryway and Konstanin came up with a plan to build a new one with cedar, Trex deck and concrete supports that looks amazing! Great work ethic, on time, on budget, and highly professional. You can tell that the KI crew love their work. I am telling all my friends about KI construction for all of their deck work! We could not be more pleased!"

"We remodeled our 3 bedroom home into 6 bedroom Adult Family Home by converting our garage into two bedrooms and creating an additional room from our master bed/bath, complete with roll-in shower, grab bars and wheelchair ramp - all to ADA code. Jesus Reyes is not only very knowledgeable in the trade but highly attentive to detail. He’s also very methodical and tidy during and after the competition of our project. His work is of the highest professional quality. I say this with confidence because I’m an artist/designer with 3 years of construction experience myself. On top of all this Jesus is blazingly fast and works hard! He hits the ground running and never stops - I never saw him take a break! Thank you Jesus! I look forward to working with you again."

"Stacy is an honest straight-forward person to deal with. The roof was a difficult job and there was a lot of water damage. He explained the repair options clearly so I knew exactly what I was getting into and he took pictures of the damage. He and his crew were always professional, always answered my calls, and showed up on time every day (weather permitting) until the job was done. They cleaned up every night and consulted with me regarding where to store materials and equipment. I will be using him again this winter to repair some interior water damage."
