"I had my condo's balcony enclosure replaced with screens, double glass windows and doors, venetian blinds and flooring, Andrew Mulichak was the design consultant I worked with. He was terrific. He was thorough in explainig my options, helpful in filling out papers for my orders and for financing, He was fun to work with and I recommend calling him if you want a new sunroom or enclosure. I had some installation glitches but the company was good at fixing the problems. I love my new enclosure and I'm glad I hired Patio Enclosures."

"We could not recommend James and Precision Carpentry strongly enough. He asked all the right questions and truly listened to our answers. His bid was more than fair and he quickly adapted as we kept changing our mind about finishes, added requests and final details. He did great at communicating via both phone and text messaging and was always available to answer questions and concerns. His final pricing came perfectly in line with the bid. Long story short - I have recommended him to others looking for a remodeler and fully expect to use him again on future work in our home, 5 stars."
