"After several long years of designing and permitting our home remodel during the pandemic, we were searching for a good contractor to build out our remodel and second story addition. Avi and David were wonderful; very thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and settling on a price that was reasonable and within our budget. During the building process, David was very responsive, available, and receptive to changes and last minute decisions made along the way. The project took longer than anticipated and there were some unexpected setbacks, but David and Avi worked quickly to fix issues and keep the project moving forward. At the end of the project they were very responsible about making sure we were satisfied with every last detail before completing the project. Our new home is beautiful and we're very happy with how it turned out, thanks to David and all the crews at So Cal Builders."

"I did not fully know this about me, but I am the client from H***. However, Mr Gino and everyone at imperial remodeling went above and beyond any expectations I could have had. And I am a perfectionist; which does not exist, but no one could have gotten closer than these guys. We added a new bathroom inside a very large main bedroom. The services they provided checked all the important boxes for us. They completed the entire project. They drew the plans and worked with the city to obtain our permits. We had an itemized budget that they did not stray from. We knew exactly what we were going to pay through each phase of the project. The pace of the job was amazing, there was work happening at our house almost every week day, no wondering when they were coming. Our project was finished in about 8 weeks! "Nathan Kanyas, owner of KN Remodeling and Supplies, was the third of five contractors who bid on our home remodel and we awarded him the job. It included a re-pipe of our entire 2600 sq. ft., 80 year old English Tudor, and a remodeling of the master bedroom suite, dressing room, and master bath. We selected him because he took time to explain in detail how his crew would do the six week jobâ ¦ what could and could not be done to our 80 year home. And most importantly, he promised that whatever we were unhappy with would be redone without argument! He was a man of his word! The job is now complete and we love it! And him! And his ENTIRE crew!
