We had to be out-of-town for a few days considered cancelling our trip. No need; Rea treated our house as if it was their own. "Arthur gave us a fair and competitive estimate and was able to start work quickly thereafter. He and his team did an excellent job gutting and totally remodeling two bathrooms and a closet as well as redoing some of the wood flooring, moving vents, and moving hallways. Arthur himself was at the home everyday and did the important work himself. He also went the extra mile in helping us with small projects around the major project as they came up. He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. When complications occurred (due to the house having not been renovated in 40 years) he was clear and helpful in keeping the project on schedule. "I needed a lot of work and repairs done in my house. I called and met with Harvey about what I wanted to be done in my home, and two days later, the work was being conducted on my house. The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt all the steps and railings. I had my bathroom grouted, caulked, and repaired. I needed my kitchen to be refreshed and a new kitchen floor. In addition, the kitchen, dining room, lower and upstairs hallway, and living room were in need of repair and needed to be painted. I had my entire windows repaired and corked from the inside and the outside. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. They showed up every day on time and worked diligently through the day. Harvey offered good ideas and suggestions on my home improvements and repairs. Compared to others we got quotes from, Nick's price was fair considering the amount of work that was performed. He used only highest quality materials, was very detailed in his proposal to ensure there were no misunderstanding's, and was meticulous to ensure the final product was of the best quality. Everything Nick did was custom for the space - my wife was scared of the size of TV I bought to mount above the fireplace, but Nick made it work - customized everything around it to ensure the TV fit in perfectly and didn't dominate the space. Nick did everything from re-routing wiring, HVAC, designing and building cabinets, sanding, painting, installing speakers, mantle, Stone tile around FP, TV, etc.... There was no nickel and diming - the price and the work we agreed to up front remained the same and Nick was true to his word which seems to be rare these days. We will definitely hire Nick again in the future for other home remodeling projects"

"The company is still a little green around the ears. The company must screen his workers more before hiring. His worker was sloppy and did not complete the work. His worker tracked white sheetrock through my house, he did not block off the area where there would a lot of sanding sending dust through my house. I had to hire a cleaning maid which added to my cost of painting a 9x10 room. Bummer."

"Javier painted my 25x10 deck and ceiling above it. He was prompt onetime and did a good job. There was a mix up in the color of the paint which was not his fault. I paid in full for the work. He offered to stop back and give the deck another coat with the right color. He has not returned yet but hope he does. Nice man and good work."
