"Bryan and his team were very professional, with reasonable prices. The quality of work was very high, and his team was courteous and respectful of my family's schedule. They treated my home with care. Additionally, Bryan helped me save a lot of money by making recommendations regarding a previous claim from homeowners' insurance. Bryan is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. He and his team are capable and do the job right. Highly recommended. We are very happy with the work done to our home!"

"These guys put the ‘master’ back in ‘craftsman’! Once on the job, they are on-the-job! Professionals, they will arrive early, work all day and clean up their mess before leaving. If there’s a question about how to address an issue, they will ask the customer, but always have solutions to offer. Make sure you have all the items you’re responsible for ordered (appliances, counter top, cabinets, faucet, hardware etc.) and in-house, or with delivery dates because you will have trouble keeping up with them once they start! Quality of work is outstanding and always with an attention to detail. The job stayed on budget, all additional work was done under change orders – except one instance. Make certain to ask whether any changes being discussed come under the scope of the contract or are additional work. This is particularly important with sub-contractors like plumbing and electrical."

"This is the 2nd time we’ve used TQ contracting, once for a bathroom remodel, once for a bedroom remodel. Five stars each time! Very fast, professional and did great work. Highly recommended and will use them again."

"We love our basement remodel. Peter, Alex and his team were here when they said theyâ d be here, completed the job as described, and kept us updated along the way. The basement now looks and feels clean and bright. The additional space doesnâ t feel like a basement at all and is enjoyed by the whole family. We highly recommend Lux Renovations."

"Eric and his team were punctual, the showed up early, and gave an extremely reasonable estimate for the cost and timeframe to complete the job. They finished early and cleaned up the rooms to look better then when they started. The crew was friendly and informative throughout the entire project. Eric gave great insight into the process and gave tricks and tips moving forward. I will 100% be referring any individuals looking for a painter or handyman in the area. I canâ t say enough good things about the team and Eric himself. Truly a wonderful experience for me and my family. Most importantly the rooms look great and all patches were corrected to ensure a professional look. Cant wait to finally have people over to show off our new painted rooms."

"We recently had our basement remodeled, and the transformation exceeded our expectations. The workmanship was outstanding—every detail was handled with precision and care. The team was incredibly responsive throughout the project, addressing all questions promptly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of our new basement!"

"They did a great job on a bathroom remodel. Attention to detail, knowledgeable and efficient. They did a beautiful job on the tile and granite and glass door installation and they even helped me save and refinish an old oak vanity and mirror. Highly recommend."

"It went very well. Scott was very responsive. He came out on time and carefully examined my problems and provided a reasonable estimate to complete the work. I agreed and he came a few days later again on time and did a fine job. The work was of high quality. He did additional work in order to do the job the right way. I found Scott to be honest and hardworking. I would most certainly hire Scott again."

"Tom recently did a complete remodel of our bathroom with spectacular results. He and "tile man, Gus" are perfectionists whose aim is to ensure customer satisfaction. Consulting with us throughout the process, Tom provided knowledgeable input to guide us in selecting the materials and fixtures for the project. His work is flawless in all respects and we would hire him again."
