"My kitchen remodel went very well. This was my first experience with a large remodel like this- complete gut and all knew kitchen with a new floor plan and built in pantry. Alex and his team got the job done in record time. All parts of the process went smoothly, even when unexpected problems arose, these were all tackled swiftly and professionally."

"Stan and his crew did a beautiful, thorough, clean and detailed job rebuilding our 14x30 ft deck. He walked us through the whole process in buying trek, what to look out for and he did such a great job that my neighbors across the street hired him for their deck. Stan has done so many projects around our house (remodeled bathroom, replaced door wall, front door, replaced some of our siding and so much more) and we’ve been so pleased with everything he’s touched, it’s a no brained we let him do our deck too. You’ll never be disappointed. He doesn’t change the price on you mid project and he’s very reliable and always finishes when he says he will."

"Looking for a contractor for your remodeling job? We give John Wood five stars. We hired John Wood of JAW Construction to transform a building shell originally intended to be a shop for building trusses into a small house (officially an auxiliary dwelling unit or ADU) and are thrilled we found him. The job required skills that extended beyond new construction to include the insight, skill and craftsmanship of a highly experienced remodeling expert. He possessed these in spades. Beyond his own expertise, he has assembled a set of sub-contractors that are excellent craftsmen in their own areas of expertise. The job was doubly challenging given that for much of the construction period we were out of state getting our old home ready for sale. This also meant that an extra element of trust was involved. John sent us pictures of the progress, so that we could monitor from a distance. In addition, he was able to identify and rectify several flaws in our design. As with any large construction/remodeling project, there were some unexpected expenses that came up, but John worked with us to help limit cost overruns, sometimes foregoing profits. He was also always up front about the costs of the various components. Our new home is gorgeous and reflects his sharp eye for detail. We couldn’t be happier. In short, if you want a highly skilled, trustworthy, hardworking contractor for your large (or small) job, we highly recommend John Wood of JAW Construction."

"Matt and his team just completed a 2 1/2 month remodel of my mid 1980’s house. The project updated every room in the house and I am thrilled with the work that was done. The project came in on budget and on time. Based on my experience with New Leaf Renovations you can expect. + A competitive, comprehensive price quote + Good design guidance up front and throughout the project + Excellent communication throughout the project + Great people to work with and have in your home If you are considering any work on your home, New Leaf Renovation should be on your short list of bidders."

"There are few words to describe how pleased my wife and I were with the
work that Jay Bemis at Timeless Construction did on our recent remodel
and addition which took place in 2015- 2016.  After interviewing several
contractors we chose to work with Jay.  It was clear to me from our
first meeting - he had the ability and experience to do the job.

Our project was large in scale ($600,000 + ) technical, complicated, and
very challenging with many moving parts.   The addition of nearly 1000
sq feet to our home required the complete removal of our roof  and
rebuilding of much of the existing structure.  In addition, we did a
complete kitchen renovation, outside deck, new roof, and a concrete
patio.  Jay was responsible for all phases of the project; from
excavation, foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, A/V etc., to the
finish work.  We were extremely happy with his eye for detail and
quality of workmanship.

This was true, not only for himself and his crew, but for all his subcontractors.
His crew and his subcontractors were on the job site and - on time - everyday, respectful
of my home, my family and our needs as we lived in our home as the
renovation and construction took place over 15 months.  This being my
5th remodeling experience - working with such a crew was a pleasure!

I found Jay?s pricing to be more than competitive and his input and
options to be rock solid.  He was easy to work and his constant
communication on the project was refreshing.  He was on the job site or
involved with the work underway on a daily basis.

It is without hesitation that I would recommend Jay Bemis to anyone considering a
construction or renovation project; you simply can not do better."

"We first hired Ron to remodel our kitchen. We liked his work so much we hired him to remodel two bathrooms. Ron is meticulous to details and expects his subs to do the same. We felt comfortable to give the key to our house to Ron and Subs and let them come and go. We highly recommend Ron and you will not be disappointed."

"We have hired Paul and his team for several projects in the past several years, most recently for a kitchen remodel. He is professional, honest, the work is done to a high standard and we trust his judgment. He has replaced our windows, remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms, remodeled our bedroom , built a new deck and made cedar siding to match existing cedar siding on our home perfectly. We highly recommend him."

"We hired Steller Construction and Remodeling LLC to build a deck/Catio in May 2024. Micha (the Owner) was straightforward to work with and reach throughout the process. We are retired and live on a set income. Even though we had some lower estimates from other companies, we felt so confident with Micha's (the owner) ideas that, after looking at other reviews/images of this company, we decided to go with Steller Construction. Micha's team was absolutely amazing !!! Ray, our project's lead employee/carpenter, was very knowledgeable, considerate, and had an unbelievable work ethic! The rest of the team did an awesome job as well. They communicated well throughout the whole job always checking in with us to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were professional and very polite everyday. At the end of each they completely cleaned up the area. We have worked with one other construction company and a roofing company when we did some remodling on our last home and did not have a good experience with either company. We were very nervous about having to go through another bad experience. We were so pleasantly surprised that Steller Construction turned out to be a great decision! Our deck/catio is beautiful and we love it! If you have any construction/remodeling needs contact Micah at Steller ConstructionI you will not be disappointed!"

"My husband and I recently sold our home and subsequently purchased a condo to live in during retirement. The condoâ s layout and build quality were perfect for us; but, the interior was somewhat dated. At the recommendation of our interior designer, we called upon Paliy Construction to measure and provide a bid to replace the existing carpet with hardwood throughout the condo, including on the stairs and in the elevator. Additionally, we asked for a bid to resurface the fireplace, change out the tile on the kitchenâ s backsplash, and change out the counter, sink and faucet in the powder room. Art Paliyev answered his phone when I first calledâ despite it being early evening. Two days later a young gentleman met us at the condo. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through exactly how they would approach the job and, shortly after, sent a bid via email. Although we initially intended to seek additional bids we were so impressed by the professionalism of the company and so pleased with the final bid that we immediately gave them the â go ahead.â We could not be more pleased with either the ongoing communication or the quality of the work. Our oak floors, granite and glass tile turned our condo into a showplace. The workmanship is superb! Without exception, the employees and sub-contractors were polite, skilled, and each demonstrated a strong work ethic I highly recommend Paliy Construction for any build or remodel. Should the need arise, we will be calling upon them again! Karen Camas, WA"

"Dave and his team did an amazing job on our kitchen. We had a complete tear out. It all cost a bit more than I had planned, but that was because of the options i ended up choosing. Quartz counter tops, stained hickory cabinets, and huge new sink basin. Could not be happier with these items!"
