"We initially retained Martin to redo the kitchen, and we chose him because of price, flexibility and lack of hassle. Martin did all the carpentry work for the kitchen remodel, including plumbing the walls and fixing a termite-damaged floor beam, and he also did all the plumbing work. Work was done very well. Because of the good work, we then asked Martin to remodel a bathroom, and that was done very well, and included tile installation, new piping etc. That went very well. The prior work held out, and so we asked Martin to replace the roof. That roof work was done very well also. On the first day, Martin had about 10 people working on the shingle-part of the roof work to make sure that work was done before rains came. A following day his people did the flat part of the roof. We have now had some heavy rains, and I checked and everything is fine. No damage to the guttering system. So, very happy and would recommend."

"Gerry completed a complete remodel of our kitchen including many custom elements (Design and construction of custom Range hood, Barn wood wrapped beam, Floating shelves, and install of handmade tile etc). He was absolutely amazing and we would, and have recommended him to many friends and family. Gerry is a true craftsman and goes over and above to ensure your project exceeds your expectations! We look forward to working with Gerry again in the future."

"We got all new siding on our house, as well as our deck redone, about 2 months ago. We are 100% satisfied with all the work Inspired Exteriors did, and have been thoroughly enjoying it ever since! Kevin and Elder were wonderful project managers and kept everything on track, even through extended rain. Anytime I reached out to Kevin he got back to me very quickly, which is a major plus when getting work done on your home. They have very large crews doing the work, and they were always courteous and always working their butts off. Not only that but the pricing was also very reasonable. We would absolutely use them again, and probably will in the near future."

"Sam and his team were great. Excellent communication through out. No surprises on final invoice. Project turned out great! Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to remodel a bathroom."

"We love our basement remodel. Peter, Alex and his team were here when they said theyâ d be here, completed the job as described, and kept us updated along the way. The basement now looks and feels clean and bright. The additional space doesnâ t feel like a basement at all and is enjoyed by the whole family. We highly recommend Lux Renovations."

"Many Thanks to Mr. Santos and his crew for remodeling my bathroom. They did an Awesome Job, Mr. Santos and his crew are Proffesional, Honest, on Time, and very detail oriented as he heard my concerns in regards to the remodeling. Yes and the price was Beautiful. I will hire him again to complete the rest of my home. I highly recommend his company."

"Andrew, his crew, and sub-contactors did an excellent job and I highly recommend them. Starting with Todd who reviewed the options available for my bathroom remodel, to Andrew and Chris who demolished and removed the existing tub, tile walls, tile floor, and trim with no damage to the rest of the house. Then installed the vanity, tub surround, floor, and trim. The plumber corrected the problems with the pipe and drain that caused the initial leak problem by updating to newer materials. He verified that there was no lasting damage or mold under the old tub before installing the new tub. The electrician added the tub ceiling light, an additional outlet in the sink area and updated the existing units to GFCI standards. The painter matched the existing wall color and painted the trim with no dribbles or drops. Andrew was responsive to my questions and accommodating to my schedule. Good job!"

"It was done in the promised amount of time of 4 weeks. There was a bit of a delay with the township. The workers did outstanding work, the decks they have done in my neighborhood are by far the most beautiful. Everything I requested at the beginning was honored and they came up with a few additional great ideas. I requested that the price not change and it did not. My son was having a deck done at the same time and took pictures so his contractor would model his after my deck. I am very pleased with the outcome and would use them again."

"I am beyond thrilled with spa of a bathroom addition!! They came with the right budget, an efficient crew and made my dream a reality! I will reccomend them to family and friends and use them for all future projects!"
