"Isaac and his team did a wonderful job renovating our old, cave-like shower. The shower pan had leaked and needed be replaced. We then decided we might as well remodel. When Isaac came out to give us an estimate, he had the great idea of opening up the entrance to shower. This worked beautifully! Remodeling is such a messy job. The team took steps to keep the muddle to a minimum. They cleaned up nicely at the end of each day. Cory did a fabulous job installing the tile. He is extremely meticulous making sure everything is perfect. Had some special ideas that made the finished product better than we ever expected. Isaac always kept us kept us informed of each step of the process. He was right on target as to how long the project would take. The entire team was efficient and very personable. We will definitely have them update our other bathroom. We highly recommend Dynamic Plumbing."

He has an eye for details that made the reno completely match the previous townhouse details. He also corrected several mistakes that were made by other vendors, such as where we purchased the windows/doors from, and fixed it before it added any costs and delays to us. Additionally, we had some massive delays due to our inept HOA but Allwyn was able to work around those delays and put in some insane hours to get the renovation completed before our new baby was born. He made the entire process so much better and was easy to work with during the entire process. Can't recommend him and his company enough!"

All I'd heard my whole life was how contractors can't be trusted, they always end up charging way more than the initial quote, they always take way longer to finish than expected, and communicating with them is a chore and you'll never be able to contact them again once their work is finished. All of these ideas were completely wrong when it came to Carlos and his crew. They arrived promptly every morning. They were respectful of the house, as far as putting plastic down so the carpets, walls etc. were never damaged during their time here. They cleaned up every night before they left, so we could live comfortably while they were working. They finished on time, on budget and the work was immaculate. Carlos takes pride in his work and you can see it. He's not just throwing it together to get out and get paid. He REALLY CARES. And on the final misconception about contractors, communication. The morning after he left, I had an issue with the toilet flushing. I sent him a quick video of the problem, and he called me right back and told me how to correct the issue. Carlos is the exact opposite of everything I have ever heard about the industry, and I can't give him enough praise. Absolutely 10 out of 10 if you're looking for quality work and a quality person. :)"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
