"This company does not answer my phone calls. We never knew when they planned to arrive to work on our installations. We ordered three air conditioning units and three heating units. The last unit was a heat pump instead of a regular air conditioner but I allowed them to install the unit since we were told the fan would run when the temperature was below 32 degrees.. Lennox shipped the wrong unit. We were not familiar with a heat pump. The unit fan runs constantly and the installer will not return my phone call."

"Since we were soliciting quotes from multiple solar providers it was interesting to see how each of the teams calculated the size of system necessary to cover the home's energy needs and how they proposed addressing our home's overall power requirements (LED lightbulbs, more efficient appliances, etc.) We selected Solergy because of the overall package, which included an upgrade to our air conditioning system. The installation went smoothly and the level of communication was outstanding; kudos to our salesperson who was both professional and punctual, plus visited with us onsite on multiple occasions. We'd hire Solergy again."
