"Our air went out at the start of summer during an extremely hot period (90's+!). Due to the way our place is set up, it was a REALLY tough install that required using a crane to get the AC on the roof, and pulling the water heater - which it turns out needed replacement also (ugh!). Rich came to our rescue, even loaning us a portable AC that we could use until the install could be done. He worked hard, and coordinated well with the plumber we had in to pull/replace the water heater. He was friendly, very flexible and did good work. We're very happy with the service he gave us. On top of all of this, his price was very reasonable. Much less than the other guys and some of them took one look at our system and flat out refused the job! I highly recommend you call Rich and skip some of the "big names" in town that want to charge more, and work less hard for you. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
