They cleaned up the work area at the end of each day.
After installation was complete, Mr. Cunningham followed up the project by personally checking to make sure everything was functioning properly and that the work was to my complete satisfaction.

"We hired Albuquerque Plumbing and Heating because we had used them before to replace a water heater. They replaced our dead air conditioner. Not only were they the lowest bid for the same air conditioning unit but the entire installation was nothing short of perfect. They sent out two guys who were professional, courteous and competent. They respected our wishes that they wear a mask while in the house. I recommend this company whole heartedly!"

"I hired them to install heat pumps. They provided the lowest quote. They came and installed the heat pumps and I felt as though they were rushing through the job. They had to cut through my carport for some of the tubing. They said that they would caulk the hole and did not do it initially. They also did not explain the route they took in lieu of going through the attic crawlspace which is extremely tight in places. It was only later that I saw that they cut through a vent on the roof to run the tubing out of the attic crawlspace. Within three weeks, the minisplits stopped heating. After lots of back-and-forth, a technician came to diagnose the issue and fix it. There were leaks in the system. The minisplits have been working well since the repair. The technician also caulked the area around the hole in the carport roof. I think that that there are some good people in this organization, and I realize that everyone makes a mistake now and then. Personally, I think that they could provide better customer service by doing higher quality work on the initial installation and providing a more thorough explanation about the work they have done."

"8/10/2025 . Upon submitting my information for a Carrier HVAC problem, Next-Gen Mechanical respond first. I told Austin that I would check into three other companies quotes. I initially had a good feeling about Austin. After some research and consideration, I selected Next-Gen Mechanical and called to set up an appointment for the next day at 10 am. The evening before the appointment he called to tell me how to prepare my HVAC for proper diagnosis. The day of the appointment he calls to let me know he was on his way, arriving at about nine thirty. Austin promptly started to diagnose my HVAC problem. His work is through and concise, and has a wide array of tools, at his disposal. He took the time to explain what was being done and made recommendations as needed. He welcomes the customer's presence and inquiry. After completing his diagnostic steps, the one recommendation on the outside unit was addressed. I would highly recommend Next-Gen Mechanical! My AC system is working fine!"
