We spoke with consultants from three different companies, but Nate was the only one that brought along a notepad and tape measure to take detailed notes to ensure that the system he would later suggest was actually compatible with our house layout. One of them didn't even bother to go outside and look at the space the air conditioner would ultimately go! He gave his own suggestion for the system he thought we'd like, but also helped us understand all of our options through their company. We ultimately agreed with his opinion, but never felt forced into going that route. I was particularly impressed when he decided to take an extra day or two to consult with his boss and do a second walkthrough to nail down the fine details. Our home wasn't structured with air conditioning in mind, so he wanted to make sure the ducts and vents were planned to get the best result.
