"After being out of town and coming home on a weekend to find my refrigerator had failed, I desperately called several places and Eli was the only one who answered and was willing to come out the next morning. I explained what was happening prior to my leaving and he went straight to the problem, even providing a temporary fix while we waited for the appropriate part to come in. Not only did he fix that problem but he also upgraded the old fridge with new gaskets, replacing ones that were ripped and torn from age. Eli would rather have you keep an older quality appliance than replace it with a newer model that in his experience often lacks the same standards. I would definitely call him again if I needed assistance with any appliance!"
