"A giant shoutout to Atlanta Air Authority for coming to our rescue this week. We came home from being out of town on Sunday to a hot house. Our A/C unit was toast. Their quick response and fantastic service had us back up and running with a new unit within 3 days. Canâ t say enough good things about them. "Our central air conditioning unit stopped working on a weekday afternoon and the indoor temperature quickly rose to 85 degrees. I called Ragsdale's emergency service after hours. A real person took my information and a service tech called me back within 20 minutes to say that he would be at my house that night. He showed up on time and was courteous and very professional. My unit is 18 years old and had not been cleaned in several years. The tech replaced the capacitor and fan motor, added coolant, cleaned the coils, checked pressure and performed several tests. Repair and clean up took about 90 minutes. He explained to me what he was doing on each step, told me the available repair options and their costs, and gave me pointers on how to spot a faulty unit. Our A/C now blows out colder air than prior to repair. I was very happy with the service and would definitely hire them again."

"Great. Jerry Cobb came by to reprogram the thermostat for us. We were not able to figure out how to get it the way we wanted and Jerry took care of it for us. Cool Air replaced our entire HVAC system about 2 years ago. We were happy with the job and will be having them add a humidifier to the system soon."
