I researched the brand name he was going to install and decided that was what we should go with. Also talked with three different people that knew Josh and he was highly recommended. Everything was done exactly the way he explained and for the price that was quoted. He even helped me set my iPhone up so I could operate the thermostat remotely. "I am so happy that I decided to hire Rich to install my new a/c and furnace. I had called another company to give me a quote and decided to call Rich as well. Rich came out the same day and quoted me $2k less than the other company WITH a better furnace and a/c! During install my son let the cat in the room where my furnace was being installed, while Rich was outside, and my cat ran into the duct and we did not know. After my furnace was finished being installed Rich noticed my cat had snuck inside. Even though this set him back an hour, because he had to take it apart and then put it back together to get the cat out, he did not let me pay him extra or even seem upset by it. He just wanted to make sure the cat was okay. I don't usually write reviews but I had to after this! My a/c is running great and my house cools off much faster now."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Chris was very professional and showed up at the appointment right on time. The estimate he quoted was right about what I thought it was going to cost. The total price exceeded the quote but that was because we had a part replaced that was still good per Chris but since the part was 15 years old we decided to avoid any future problems and had him replace it anyway. It took him a little over 4 hours to complete the repair but my air/heat pump was put back in factory condition and according to Chris should not give us any problems for years to come. Good job!"
