"He was excellent, he called and said he would be here in 45 minutes to fix my air conditioner, and he was here in 45 minutes and he did fix the air conditioner. He was pleasant, professional and told us what the repair was and how much it would cost, which was reasonable. I would recommend him to others. Rating would be excellent."

"Came out for emergency air conditioning service. Had to shut down air conditioning for a night to thaw out the ice that formed around the unit. We had to put up window units though because it was way too hot in the house to sleep. Originally, we were told we might need to replace our entire unit. After I called back stating our current unit was still under warranty, they came back the next day, and remarkably all we needed was a freon top off. Total cost for the 1/2 cup of Freon and initial visit = $300. I will not be using them again."

That delayed things a few days, but thereafter they did a good job of digging and were very careful with our trees. They also took care not to ruin the lawn with the machinery.
