"Showed up late, didn't install the bathroom fan as the manufacturer recommended (pic, fan5), dented the fan grille (pic, fan1). It was installed without the supplied support rails because he claimed he couldn't get in the attic. Now sure how I got the photos, then... The vent hose was kinked in the attic and hardly any air came out of the soffit, so I had to go into the attic to correct it. That's when I took the photos. Didn't give a price up front because apparently a bath fan with bluetooth speakers isn't in whatever book they price from. Not in the book? Overcharge. Generally very unhappy with the whole experience and will be looking elsewhere in the future. Not sure how when the customer supplies EVERYTHING but a romex clamp someone can charge so much. Absolutely unacceptable. $465 to have someone dent my fan, install it incorrectly, and throw out the parts that weren't used. Like the battery to the manufacturer supplied remote and the joist supports. I'm leaving the cost of service as originally quoted because it was only lowered to $465 after I complained about being ripped off."

"Edmond responded right away and listened to my explanation of the issue over the phone. It was Friday afternoon and we both agreed the issue was non-urgent so we scheduled an early Monday morning visit. He showed up at 8a sharp as we agreed and he did a thorough check of our AC system. Edmond is very knowledgeable and he explained everything thoroughly. He gave me a couple of suggestions. I’m pretty handy so I’ll try to tackle it myself. He said to just call him if I get stuck and he could either come back out or coach me over the phone. Pricing is reasonable and quality of service is top-notch. "It's a few days after the first measurable snow fall we've had in the northeast in several years and my heat pump outside unit stopped working. I switched the system to emergency heat and started making calls for help. I got in contact with Will from Air Distributor HVAC and he was able to expedite my service request and got to my house within 1 hour. He gave my system a comprehensive look, diagnosed the problem with a high degree of confidence and provided a fair quote for fixing it. He applied the fix and then much to my surprise (and appreciation) he waited an extra hour to ensure there were no other contributing factors that could present a problem in this freezing weather. I appreciate his expertise and professionalism, but also his willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my family is comfortable. All my future HVAC needs will referred to Air Distributor HVAC. He was able to quickly identify the problem with the registers and dampers and able to get warm air flowing to the otherwise very cold areas of the house. "Relieved - that's how I would describe working with Carroll Mechanical. Ever since another company installed my furnace 6 years ago, I don't think it was ever working right. A number of companies have come over the years but nobody was able to properly diagnose the problem until Drew from Carroll Mechanical showed up. He was wonderful from the start and had over 50 years of experience in the trade. He spent the whole morning at my house running a full diagnostic, including a detailed combustion analysis plus measurement of gas pressures, duct air pressures, air temperatures, electrical readings etc.... he explained them all to me patiently like a good doctor and told me we what we needed to do - adjust supply gas pressures and increase the size of the exhaust flue to get the right air/fuel balance. Previous companies just wanted to get in and get out, but these guys took their jobs seriously and were just lovely to deal with. Insanely smart, caring, and reasonable people."

"My experience with him was top notch. He was accommodating to my schedule. I work nights and he was willing to come to my home in the early evening instead of normal business hours. He assured me the fix of the leak would hold until the end of summer but there was a chance that I may need a new unit next summer since the unit is over 10 years old and the leak was pretty severe. I had no other trouble with the unit the rest of the summer. His price was reasonable and he was friendly and efficienct. If I need a new unit next summer I will definitely use Tetteris Heating and Air for the replacement."

"My heat stopped working on a Saturday morning! I thought 'oh no, how am I going to get someone to come out on a Saturday?' But Michael Bonsby has Saturday hours, thank goodness! Someone actually answers the phone! A technician came out that afternoon and fixed it quickly and I thought the price was reasonable. They don't charge extra on weekends! Would definitely call again! Great service."
