I couldn't get my regular to come out to service the cooling units for the first & second floor, so I found Overall through Home Advisors. Sam called me immediately and scheduled to come out the following Friday...per my schedule. I was impressed with how thorough he was to ensure the units were clean and functioning properly. The older unit was extremely dirty and had a leak. Although a little more expensive, I realize pricing does make a difference in the kind of job a person does. I will be calling them whenever there's an issue and for yearly maintenance service. Thanks for the job well done, Sam! You get 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Karim did an outstanding job with installing a wall and door inside our home that was professional and looked as if it was apart of the original architectural plan. He also did a good job installing basic closets shelf’s and hooks throughout.

I have two HVAC units in the house, and in 2019 decided to replace both of them. Called Total Comfort to provide recommendations and associated costs. Roger responded promptly and provided alternates, pros and cons for each system, and his recommendations. After we selected the system to use, he set up an appointment for the installation, and performed the installation in a very professional manner. The systems have now been in use, for both heating and cooling, for over a year. We are very happy and satisfied with both units. We also found their service department to be very courteous and professional. John returned the calls promptly, and scheduled the service in a very timely manner. The technicians came for the service on time, and performed the required service. Would definitely recommend them.

Tony encountered an extremely difficult install because of the location of the cooling coil. It was necessary to remove sheet rock to gain access to the unit. He diligently assessed the project, selected and installed the appropriate equipment, and left the work area cleaner than he found it.
