I called Aire Serv to get a second opinion and they not only stuck with it until they fixed my AC, (it took a couple Of visits but they only charged me for one) they did it without needing the expensive part the other one tried to sell me. "I couldn't decide between a liquid cooled or air cooled generator at first. I decided on the liquid cooled so hopefully, there will be a lot less maintenance on it. It took about 2 weeks for the equipment to arrive, but it was installed and running quickly when it got here. The sales appointment was about as easy and low pressure as it gets. I'd call ATS again."

"The most important thing is that can call on him and he will schedule you as soon as he can, even the same day if possible. I have used his services at my daughterâ s house to repair an air conditioning system also at my home for shower repair & just recently to look at my fatherâ s hot water heater. He evaluates the situation quickly and has the tools on hand to make the repair or can obtain them quickly. He does not leave you hanging for days while he works on other jobs. He does not leave until the problem is solved. I have dealt with lots of repairmen in trying to keep my old Midtown home maintained, but have never had met someone like Mr Fixit.
