"In today's date where there are numerous technicians and service providers who would want to rip every penny out of your pocket Jason, Dillan and his team at Tradw Kinectics HVAC did a fabulous job replacing my cooling unit wthin twenty four hours of initial contact. I would very highly recommend Trade Kinectics for HVAC services for technical know-how, professionalism and most importantly their caring approach to the services they provide."

"Hayden is one of the best men I’ve had to come to my house for repairs. He is very reliable, and he doesn’t leave until the job is done right, even after working all day he still found the time to stop by my house so I would have a working sink for the holidays, and same goes for when I needed help with my furnace, after working all day he didn’t want us to be without heat, and he replaced my door for me I can’t say enough about how reliable and efficient he is his work is a 10 out of 10 hands and I would recommend him to anyone!"

"It went very well, he took the time to explain what was wrong, and he was very professional. I'm going to have him service my AC in the spring"

"From the first phone call to the personal interaction with Scott Bryant (President), until the installers drove away, service was exemplary, professional, courteous, deeply knowledgeable, with an awesome price! I would highly recommend Comfort by Design and will retain them for all my HVAC service needs. I especially am impressed when a problem arose (through no fault of their own) after installation and was taken care of promptly when a Technician came out on New Year’s Day! - did not have to but did! Awesome!!"

"Greg and Sean acted very fast, due to our situation. Our furnace died, and we needed it to be taken out, and then install a new dual stage Bryant furnace. They put me in front of a few jobs. I truly appreciated the fantastic value I received, them both being up front with me, and the unique ability to be on time coming up the mountain way. I will always recommend them, as well as use them if need be, in the future. Tremendous deal!!!"

"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"i think ill be real happy with the furnace but i wont know until this winter. the contractor that did the installation for sears was absolutely great. my only problem, is when i call sears with a problem or question, they don't call me back. the service after the sale is leaving a bad taste in my mouth and i hope i dont regret using sears."

"No real complaints. They did a basic cleaning and tune-up on my A/C and furnace. Never did hear back with a quote on some improvements they promised me, but the work they did do was fine."
