"Our upstairs heating wasn’t working. I called around 3am left a voice message. They returned my call when they opened around 8:30am. The serviceman Ralph’s arrived around 1pm. He examined the system explained the problem 2nd floor air bound. He bleed the system. Part of the system was frozen. He explained the process told us to wait 24 hours to see if it thawed naturally which it did. He didn’t try to upsell the service. We were pleased with the results and will continue to use this service company for our maintenance needs in the fut"

"Ali came over to our home when we called with a concern of the air flow in our central air conditioning system. He checked the return, the air flow, the temperature at all of the vents, and the entire system. It had more to do with the age of the system and gave us suggestions on how a different filter could increase the air flow. He did all of this and refused to take any money for his time. He is a true honest professional and someone that we would recommend to everyone."

"Comfort Ductwork replaced my gas boiler. The price was reasonable and the work was impeccable. When they left, the area where they worked was spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for my heating and air conditioning needs in the future."

"Kahlil is very professional, takes his time to answer questions, arrived at appointed time even during a rain storm. During the course of the install, it was found wiring for the air conditioning needed to be changed from 110 to 220. Khalif found someone to take care of it immediately. The men working with him -Andy and Jose, were courteous, left the work site in a neat and clean order- they placed protective coverings down to protect my wood floors. We are now enjoying a comfortable evening in our home . I highly recommend Khalifa and his company"

"John and his colleague were very professional in providing me an estimate upon sizing up the job and taking measurements for a new wall mounted air conditioning unit. The unit we purchased through them was smaller than the original unit which was much larger. John and his colleague had to reconfigure the space for accommodating the more smaller, compact and energy efficient model which is more pleasing to the eye. They did the job in 2 hours working in tight quarters and carted away the old and more cumbersome unit. They did a wonderful job and we are very happy with the air conditioner and the craftsmanship. "Very helpful and made sure that the problem was fixed and the air conditioning was running before he left."

"I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this."

"Moh and his partner were such sweet guys, explained everything to me before starting anything and took the time to make sure everything part of air conditioning system was cleaned and in perfect working order at the capacity the air conditioner should be working. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend them!!"
