"My AC wasn’t cooling like it should, so I called Sunshine Services. The technician arrived on time, found the problem fast, and explained what he did. It’s running cold again. I’d happily use them again. I am grateful for Sunshine Services! Thank you! ♥"

"Matt did a great job. Was prompt, and considerate. He even hauled the boxes away for me. Above and beyond!"

"They do the annual maintenance on my air conditioning system, and they sold it to us.  They installed my air conditioner about ten years ago, and they come out every year to do the annual maintenance on it; and if anything goes wrong, then they come out to take care of it.  I had a problem this year, a couple months ago, and that's why it's kind of like out of the cycle, but usually it's at the very beginning of summer, just before summer, early in June that they come out.  That's been for every year the last ten years. I'm on a contract for the annual maintenance type thing, and to the best of my knowledge the price is in line with everybody else's.  The annual service I think is like $60 or something.  They come out, they service it, they check out everything, they redo the grillage if it's necessary.  They just make sure that everything is working fine.  I think they're very knowledgeable about the products that are out there.  They give you good information to help you make your choices as to what's going to fit your needs.  They are prompt on service.  They're reliable for their annual contracts.  They come out.  The only thing is that they're a little bit slow if you don't get everything done on a visit.  If there is something you have to follow up with them, they're a little bit slow with thatA"

"Mr. Ferrell worked with my husband over the phone to fix the problem. It was surprisingly fast and stress-free. To have the work done remotely in less than an hour was wonderful."

"This is not a duct cleaning! They merely spray a chemical into the air intake to "sanitize" the ducts. The upgrade to duct cleaning is $65 per duct. I have 15 ducts!!! Very informative transaction. No complaints

"excellent This was the 2nd time i used them"

"Great service, good guy to talk with, won't sell you something you don't need, and even offered suggestions for new building that's in the works. Replaced an old AC system, moved some ductwork, and got the job done well. A+"

"Called Mr. Yanes due to above normal humidity in the house when running the A/C.  Originally thought moisture exiting from vents was due water collecting in the air handler pan.  Mr. Yanes confirmed that the pan was draining properly and it was clean.
This gentleman (and he truly is) was always prompt since he came to the house on more than one occasion and worked diligently to identify and resolve air leaks that were pulling hot humid air through crevices in the metal ductwork and vent gaps, and into the house.
 Very satisfied with his work.
