On this occasion, Shammion instructed me on how to use my new thermostat and how best to keep my condenser coil clean in the future. "Quickly diagnosed the central air conditioning system, and gave an estimate on the cost of recharging the refrigerant in the compressor. The system is a 14 year old Carrier unit. Albert also included some sealant that may plug up the slow leak of refrigerant that occurs every 2 years or so. Albert also, showed me how to adjust the damper to control the flow of air to the second and third floors of the house. The other company that arrived wanted to charge me $5,000 to repair the system or close to $7,000 to replace the AC system with new. I intend to call upon Magna Tech Temp Air, Inc when I'm ready to purchase a new HVAC system. Thanks again for taking the time to listen to my concerns. Well done!!!"

"I do not know how anyone could rate this company less than 5 stars. Terrone came to my property the day after I posted on Home Advisor and advised me that my system was pretty much a complete loss, dangerous and needed to be replaced. I already knew he was right. Within in 2 days he had a crew at the property to replace the entire HVAC system. During the replacement process they corrected two every significant problems that existed with the old system. First, the air filter couldn't be changed because the return was jammed in behind a water tank, that made it extremely difficult to change, which it hadn't been in a very long time. They installed a return vent that allows the filter to be changed from the living room, which was really great. They also found that there was an emergency shut off for the furnace, but it was behind the unit and could not be reached. They moved, replaced and marked the new value so that it was easy to see and easy to use if needed. The system is in an awkward place and his crew was able to remove the old system and but in the new system without having to remove a wall, which I thought they would have to do. Their work was great, well done and significantly less expensive than what others had quoted me. Like I said in the beginning, I don't know how anyone could rate this company less than 5 stars. If I have any more HVAC issues, Terrone will be the first person I call."

"This was for semiannual maintenance under contract. Danny performed an excellent job, he has many years of experience. I have used ARS for the heating/air conditioning maintenance for about 35 years. They replaced the equipment about six years ago. It has not failed since replacement."

"They were the HVAC sub on our total house remodeling due to a house fire. We decided to add central air because the walls and ceilings were open and we at the time had window units. They installed a heat pump with a Nest thermostat. In addition to the heat pump the house had an existing radiator heating system. However, the hot water heater, boiler, and water line were damaged or clogged due to the fire. T & J replaced everything and were extremely polite and explained everything as well as how to do simple repairs. I would recommend them to my friends and will definitely be using them for annual maintenance."
