"Daniel not only turned the unit on, he checked the Co2 levels in the house and found they were high. I had been baking and the oven was on while he ran the test. He suggested I turn on the exhaust fan then tested again and the levels went to an acceptable level. I usually only use the hood exhaust fan when things I'm cooking on the range something smokey but I learned I need to use it  whenever I use the oven. He then checked our carbon monoxide monitor to make sure it was functioning properly. It was but he said it wasn't as sensitive as the meter he used.
I will call and check with our range installer to make sure everything was done properly but I would have never thought to check it
before this. Daniel was willing to answer all our questions and help us with something (our stove) which was not part of the heating/cooling package.

"The installation started a little later than expected in the morning and took most of the day. The installation technicians were courteous, friendly and efficient. During the installation, there were parts and pieces all over the dining room, kitchen, back porch, etc.. However, when the two technicians were done, you could barely tell they had even been there. They also patiently demonstrated and explained the functionality of the system. System tests, such as making sure excess liquid was pumped away from the unit, were performed while I watched and were explained to me. Routine maintenance topics (e.g. filter replacement - location and how) were explained. The equipment and company warranties were also explained in depth and the warranty and manual paperwork was provided.
The initial deal through Angie's list was for $3600 and specified a 3 ton unit. It was the company's opinion that for the Tucson area and our home square footage and architecture (e.g. higher ceilings) a 4 ton unit would be preferable as well as a stronger blower to move the air volume. The stronger blower required a furnace upgrade. After some research and consideration, we agreed to go ahead with the 4 ton unit and furnace upgrade. The initial amount of $3600 was applied to the final quote of $4600. The company did NOT try to "hard sell" or push the 4 ton unit and furnace purchase, but simply presented options.
Since the installation, the unit has worked very well and cools the house very nicely. Also since the installation, a separate inspector was sent (from the same company) to check the initial installation, current quality of the equipment and install, as well as our satisfaction with the entire process, as part of the standard quality check that occurs as part of the plan you receive as a customer for two years (no additional charge for that initial time period).
In summary, the entire process was professional and well executed. Our experience with the company was excellent and we would recommend them to our family and friends. We wanted to wait about two months to make sure our continued experience with the installation was excellent before posting, and it has been. We would be happy to purchase additional products and services from this company in the future.

"This company is worthy of not only an "A" rating, but an "A+" rating. The three man crew that arrived at the house were awesome! They were professional, friendly, great communicators, and hard workers. They went right to work after a brief walk thru to show them the scope of work we were asking to have done. The crew went to work immediately, each having their own assignments to accomplish the cleaning. The carpets turned out better than they ever have! They even got the areas of the carpeting that see the most foot traffic clean! The crew was very careful not to run the cleaning equipment into the door jambs and base boards. They placed corner protectors at each door jamb to make sure their equipment didn't scratch these surfaces. The owner/management team of this company was a pleasure to deal with from the initial contact to all follow up communications both before and after the job. "Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.
