"First Alfano Mechanical Inc. came to my home, said they would do the job and called the office told them to get me on the schedule ASAP. Gave me a price per hour. Well he never called back to this day. Would not recommend them to no one. Job was to HARD for them. Also I had my AC on my worry free with PSEG and they made me take it off because they would not work on my unit in the tight spot that it was installed in my attic 11 years ago. SO WITH THAT BEING SAID: Celestial Air HVAC called when I first contacted Home Advisor and after not hearing back from Alfano(which I would not have hired because they didn t live up to anything he said while here), I called Celestial(and so glad I did) and they came the next day, said it was a hard job and a mess but nothing they couldn t handle. Anthony and Gus came the next day worked their butts off and I have my central air conditioning working right after 11 years. Great price and did over and above what was told to me in the beginning. I would recommend them to everyone and give them a 5 *****. We are very Happy People now. 👍👍😊😊"

"Home Advisors directed me to an online scheduling program and within 30 minutes of an appointment being scheduled I received a verification call from the provider (Robert at Phase II). The next day he shows up on time and in the course of doing the repair (unit needed more refrigerant) he also went into the attic to ensure the unit was working properly and he verified the thermostat was in working order. So he touched all the bases. He finally left when everything was verified in working order. But the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE was the phone call a week later to see if the air conditioning was working properly. Wow....I've never had a contractor follow up like that!"

"Had an "A/C tune up" done to an old central air system. Guy was really knowledgeable, walk me thru the inspection, and was really thorough. I feel like the A/C tune special is a bit misleading. Yeah they check the unit but any small repair that needs to be done is extra. Also person had to reschedule from a Sat to Sun appointment and was 3 to 4 hours late on the Sunday appointment. I get it's the busy season. However, I would hire again and recommend to others. They seem honest about the work which is rare for any job."

"Peter and his crew were great. We replaced our steam heat and window AC units with their LG high-efficiency dual zone (heat and AC) unit. The air is great. The system adds moisture so it is not the DRY air that is typical of electric units. They showed up on time for the work each day. They were ALL very polite, clean, well spoken and knowledgeable. It is rare to be able to say that about ALL of the workers. We have an OLD home, and they worked around every obstacle that was in their way without tearing apart walls, floors, and ceilings like other companies admitted they would indeed have to do. Peter will take the time to explain anything you have questions about, so do not hesitate to ask. My wife and I had many questions and felt much better after asking them. They work with you and have the mentality that it is YOUR house so it should make YOU happy. They are not done after they get paid, they work with you to make sure everything is to your liking even after it is up and running. Oh, and it will NOT cost you more than the competition.
