From the moment Deena took our phone call till Rob and Ian arrived at our home and completed the work on-site, these incredibly talented and professional people did their job on time, as promised, with courtesy and knowledge and quickly identified and fixed both our heating and air conditioning issues that three other companies that we paid big money to in the past could not figure out. Their reasonable bill for quality work was another surprise. And they were COVID compliant and respectful with masks AND gloves which made us feel comfortable (as senior citizens) having them come into our home to do work."

They were neat, clean, on-time and did an excellent job installing the American Standard A/C and air handlers. The units are running great and improved my energy efficiency tremendously over my older units. Pete is extremely knowledgeable with his profession of installing A/C and heating systems. His pricing is excellent as well. We are also using them to install a new heating system within the next few weeks. We initially met with Dave who reviewed their products and gave us the pricing for the job. Dave made an excellent presentation of all their products and did not use any high pressure selling tactics. He offered some nice financing options through EnergizeCT that I was not aware of as well.
