Missed one vent but Kevin (the owner) came back 2 days later and made it right, also noted some deficiencies of the furnace setup and corrected for the cost of the service call, with a small discount for the miss. You find out if the provider has the integrity not from how well they get stuff on the first try, but how they handle the little hiccups. These guys stand behind their work and do what it takes to get things right. Great small family business in the area, will not disappoint."
