"After I posted my initial reviews, the owners of Air Temp Service Co. (Mario and Lori) reached out to me, and wanted to make it right. They are a family owned business, and proud of the work they do.We talked about the issues with our interactions with their company. After some additional research, I agree that the Nest Thermostat does need a common wire, and its beneficial that we had it installed. The other issues were due to the technician that was working with us at that time. That technician was removed from the company a few weeks after the work at my house was complete. The technician was responsible for the up charge on service, and pushing us to replace the CPU for our central AC (this should have been communicated as being the worst case scenario instead of the first step to fix the issue).The outside unit which was the main job I contracted Air Temp Service Co. for was installed cleanly and quickly. It was good work. They have also removed the technician who caused my family so much grief. I would say if you are a potential new customer they are worth giving a shot. They will take care of the job, and if you do have an issue they will make it right."

"Home Advisors directed me to an online scheduling program and within 30 minutes of an appointment being scheduled I received a verification call from the provider (Robert at Phase II). The next day he shows up on time and in the course of doing the repair (unit needed more refrigerant) he also went into the attic to ensure the unit was working properly and he verified the thermostat was in working order. So he touched all the bases. He finally left when everything was verified in working order. But the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE was the phone call a week later to see if the air conditioning was working properly. Wow....I've never had a contractor follow up like that!"

"The serviceman fully explained the problem to me. the furnace enacted a safety feature and turned it self off. He showed me how to fix it myself in the future. He offered to clean and tune it up while he was there for a reasonable price. Good work. Thanks"

"I have never written a review but today it was a MUST. This morning my A.C. was not working I messaged AAA HVAC and within minutes a gentleman "JOE" called me. I explained my air conditioner was not working and with 1/2 hour a young man named "Jay" was he. He was polite, courteous and explained everything to me. NOT ONLY IS THIS COPANY OUTSTANDING BUT, ANYONE LIVING IN THE TRI STATE ARE LOOK NO FURTHER THAN "AAA HVAC FOR EXCELLANT WORK AND TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL. DO NOT HESITATE TO ALL THEM.!!!!!!!! "Peter and his crew were great. We replaced our steam heat and window AC units with their LG high-efficiency dual zone (heat and AC) unit. The air is great. The system adds moisture so it is not the DRY air that is typical of electric units. They showed up on time for the work each day. They were ALL very polite, clean, well spoken and knowledgeable. It is rare to be able to say that about ALL of the workers. We have an OLD home, and they worked around every obstacle that was in their way without tearing apart walls, floors, and ceilings like other companies admitted they would indeed have to do. Peter will take the time to explain anything you have questions about, so do not hesitate to ask. My wife and I had many questions and felt much better after asking them. They work with you and have the mentality that it is YOUR house so it should make YOU happy. They are not done after they get paid, they work with you to make sure everything is to your liking even after it is up and running. Oh, and it will NOT cost you more than the competition. In fact, it is just the opposite. So glad we went with them!"

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "This company advertised 24-hour services and 1) picked up the call immediately (after 8 pm) 2) was able to respond quickly and 3) had our furnace repaired by 11 pm. The technician was courteous, efficient and made the additional effort to measure carbon monoxide levels near the unit and in the living area. We were very pleased with their services and will contact them first in the future. Pleasant, knowledgable and fairly priced."
