"We were informed every step of the way what was taking place, and what needed to be done, and when it would be done. They even had to come back a few months later to adjust the air when the weather had warmed up enough and they contacted us! We did not have to contact them!"

"Robert is a very honest person and has done a great job here planing on keeping him as my heating and Air service tech. The cpmpany name says it all. #1"

"They sell to you a filter to your furnace that is metal that is supposed to be a strong benefit over the throw away kind. This is kind of controversial. You have to take it out and hose it down. I stopped using it on the advice of my air conditioning installer."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition.
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

They are friendly and truly care about their customers!"

"Overall I saw some improvement to the previous condition. I asked them to wash the gate but they did not do that. It went ok."

"Professional and efficient. The technician Jacob knowledge was impressive. My mother passed away on July 15th and on the 17th, Jacob came out and fulfilled her last request. I would hire them again for my air conditioning needs. If I could I would give Jacob a raise!"
