"The inside component of our air conditioning quit. Shavitz dispatched Bradley S who arrived within the promised time-slot. He found the drain that removed the coil condensation had become blocked. He cleared it but after pouring a lot of water into the tray, decided a more aggressive cleaning was needed. White vinegar and blasts of nitrogen from a portable tank removed the last of the gunk that had accumulated over time. Bradley walked me through what he was doing and answered all my questions. The work was done on warranty because the company had replaced the outside part of the air conditioning a couple of months previously. They could have argued that the warranty only covered the outside machinery but took a more generous view of the coverage."

I needed service in Sept 2018 and had various coupon prices of $39 and $49 for an A/C tune up and was about to chose on of them but decided to check Angie's list for a review or google for the coupon companies. For some reason, I decided to use this company even tho the cost was a bit more money and boy am I ever happy that I went with my hunch. Sometimes it is NOT always about the money. I was really looking for an A/C furnace company that I could count on and use regularly. Not only was the repair gentleman that came out, on time and very thorough and professional but he spent a long time and I feel that I received the most thorough tune up that I have ever had. Josh, the service tech was just a delight and the best part was that this company has a membership contract that I was able to purchase. It is a small monthly charge monthly and . I get 2 free tune-ups a year included in the monthly fee for NO charge and if I need any service work I get 20% off of the charge and same day service...all for only $12.95 a month. What a wonderful idea and I cannot express how happy I am with this choice. It is a win-win deal for me and the company. I am a very happy camper with my choice of this company."

Due to the unreliability of the old unit, we wanted the new furnace/AC installed before we went on vacation.  They arrived on time, and completed the work in the time frame promised. All the work was done to the highest quality, and exactly as promised. This work was done on a cold day, and with over a foot of snow around the house, including around the old air conditioner. With the cold temps, we were very happy the total job was done in about 6 hours. The equipment is working extremely well. TR Miller took away all the old equipment, and did a good job of explaining the operation of the new furnace, thermostat, humidifier, and air cleaner.
