"These guys are awesome!!!! I woke up at 8am Sunday morning in JULY and my AC WAS OUT! I called three other companies and they either did not answer or I left a message. When I called Metro AC Dewayne answered and told me he could have someone out today, he also explained their emergency call service fee of $150.00 but I totally understood since it was Sunday morning. He took my information and told me a technician would call me within the hour. Larry, the technician called me about 15 min later and said he could be there by 1000am. Dewayne called me back about 45 min later to make sure Larry had called me and set up a time. Larry showed up at around 950. I showed him where the compressor was and that it had been running but the fan had not been spinning. He looked at everything and came in and explained he felt it was only the capacitor but it might be the motor. His plan was the replace capacitor and if that didn't work we would change out the motor. He replaced the capacitor, checked the pressures and temps coming out of AC, changed out my air filter (which he did not have to do) and was done by 1100!! Larry was nice and used shoe covers and was very professional! Metro air conditioning will be my new go to AC and heating repair and maintenance shop!!"

"I couldn't be happier with this company.  The technician (Micah) was right on time and immediately began to survey the system.  He quickly determined that the temperature differential between what was coming out of the vents and the thermostat setting was not within in the appropriate range.  He was happy to explain the amount of freon necessary for the system to operate properly and showed me the current pressure levels on my outside condensor unit.  He added the included pound of freon and it brought it right up to the adequate level.  The house was quickly noticeably cooler.  There was never any pressure to do any additional work or purchase any additional parts.  I wont hesitate to use this company again.  Thanks!
