Most companies would just call it normal conditions, and run. Not Carlos. He called the manufacturer and went to bat for me. A few weeks later I learned that Full Efficiency was able to convince the manufacturer to replace my unit at minimal cost. There are few if any companies that would have taken the time or even cared. Most in fact, would try to sell you a new unit. Again that's not the way Carlos works if you need a new HVAC unit he'll tell you. If all it needs is a repair, he'll tell you that too."
