"It was fine. There was an additional charge but I'm not surprised because I had a dryer vent that is very complicated. We negotiated and told me what they will going to take to do it. I was fine with it because I know my dryer vent. For me, to call somebody and do that specifically, it would have been more money. I feel good about it."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"This company is a good company to work with. They are honest and professional for that specialty. Ezra came over with his workers and machine to perform an Efficiency audit  that will show us what is the current problem with the house that will help us reduce the monthly bills  The audit that they made was very long. during the audit, they covered all the openings of eveything in the house and then run another  machine that ran air and that will show where the house is loosing it. At the end of the test, Exra was able to determine what was the problem and we currently holding the estimate due to budget issues. We will perform this work with this company because we felt that they are honest and reliable people to work with."
