"Technician came out in the evening to diagnose why compressor was not running.  He was very efficient in determining the problem was the contactor, which is about a $25 part.  Replaced the part in about 30 minutes and decided to check the freon to see if it was okay.  Everything checked out and it took about 10 minutes to write up the invoice.  In total, it took about an hour.  The bill was $359.00.  I asked why so high when it only took an hour and the part was about $25.  I also asked why didn't they charge me for the time spent on the repair and the part.  I was told that's just what they charge for this job.  I absolutely will not use this company again."
