"Quickly diagnosed the central air conditioning system, and gave an estimate on the cost of recharging the refrigerant in the compressor. The system is a 14 year old Carrier unit. Albert also included some sealant that may plug up the slow leak of refrigerant that occurs every 2 years or so. Albert also, showed me how to adjust the damper to control the flow of air to the second and third floors of the house. The other company that arrived wanted to charge me $5,000 to repair the system or close to $7,000 to replace the AC system with new. I intend to call upon Magna Tech Temp Air, Inc when I'm ready to purchase a new HVAC system. Thanks again for taking the time to listen to my concerns. Well done!!!"

"I couldn't be happier with the service I received from McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning Services of Maryland. Upon returning from vacation on a 100 degree July day, I found my old HVAC system basically dead (90 degrees in my kitchen!) ... Shane immediately came out to provide an estimate, we signed a contract on the spot, and he kindly provided some freon to hold me over until the new system could be installed. Brian and Nick showed up exactly on time to install the unit, used drop cloths to protect my flooring, and were exceedingly polite and professional throughout. I'd highly recommend this organization."

"It's a few days after the first measurable snow fall we've had in the northeast in several years and my heat pump outside unit stopped working. I switched the system to emergency heat and started making calls for help. I got in contact with Will from Air Distributor HVAC and he was able to expedite my service request and got to my house within 1 hour. He gave my system a comprehensive look, diagnosed the problem with a high degree of confidence and provided a fair quote for fixing it. He applied the fix and then much to my surprise (and appreciation) he waited an extra hour to ensure there were no other contributing factors that could present a problem in this freezing weather. I appreciate his expertise and professionalism, but also his willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my family is comfortable. All my future HVAC needs will referred to Air Distributor HVAC. "Moises, the company owner, is incredible. I called 5 HVAC companies to get quotes for full system replacement, and MSR was not only the most responsive, but he came out the very next day. He gave me an incredibly competitive and fair quote for my project, and we immediately gave him our business. Unfortunately, our AC died before he could do the work, but he came out to our house at 6pm on a Friday to drop off a portable AC unit so we wouldn't sweat all night long. We thought we'd be stuck without central air for a few days, but Moises came and worked 9 hours on a Saturday to replace both our furnace and our AC unit. Afterwards, he even gave us a great price on a yearly HVAC maintenance plan. MSR is run by an honest, hard-working tradesman who understands what customers want and need.
