"Our experience with All Phases Mechanical has been excellent. On the first occasion we used APM, we lost heat during a cold snap in the middle of winter. We called in the morning and a technician arrived that afternoon and quickly determined that not only was our 20 year old furnace in need of expensive repairs (which a friend of ours in the construction industry validated), but continuing to run it would potentially result in a carbon monoxide hazard to my family.
