"As always, whichever McCrea service person arrives to work on my air conditioner/furnace, they are always friendly, willing to engage in discussion about my systems, and knowledgeable about what they are working on. I always gets a text and email the day before the scheduled service visit, as well as about 30 minutes before they are due to arrive. This was the first time I used the tracking link provided so I knew when he was going to arrive at my house. Going on 6 years using McCrea and I have never had a problem with them."

"Absolutely amazing!!! Our AC stopped working today, and with the health issues that my kiddo & I have, long wait for an HVAC tech availability was not something that we could risk . "I needed my carpet repaired because my dog made a hole in it. So I used Angie’s list to make some calls. I called on Thursday and they were able to come in the next day to check it out. The service provided was efficient and the workers were punctual. I can’t even tell that there was ever a hole in my carpet. I also liked that they were nice and friendly when I talked to them. "The team arrived slightly early to be well prepared to start the job on time. As they began they laid down protective barriers to keep the home clean. While in the attic they blew in the insulation with an even consistent barrier, ensuring that all locations with infrastructure were well covered. As they wrapped up the job, they cleaned behind them as they closed up the attic, removed the floor coverings and were on their way. The only way I can tell they were here is that the heat runs less in the winter and the air conditioning runs less in the summer. I would recommend this process and this team to anyone who owns a home and has not insulated their attic."
