"We had a phenomenal experience with Epic Air, specifically Preston Ritter. Our AC went out during the 100 degree weather. Epic was recommended by a friend. Preston came out at 7pm on a Friday to diagnose the problem (leaking coil) and recharge our system to get through the weekend. He then came BACK Sunday night without us asking to refill again as the new system was not available until Tuesday. Also, they upgraded our system at time of install without additional charge to us as! Even more, he performed repairs on our second system that was installed incorrectly by another installation service. Amazing service, amazing reliability, amazing support. Could not recommend Preston or his family's company enough! 5 STARS"

Angi got my request to Midwest Climate Controls and Branden called and was able to give me a quote the same day. He came over and took some measurements and was able to get our new AC unit up and running within a couple days. He was very nice to work with, very knowledgeable and professional.
