"The tenant called him a couple of months ago for something he had one previously, but because he's a good guy, and we had done something six months ago that was very expensive, whatever went wrong this time he just must've fixed. The tenant said she was going to call us back to let us know he fixed it, and there was no contact again, so I'm assuming everything was fine. Our tenant just knows to call him if it's anything to do with heating and air conditioning. He usually does a perfect job and works with you if something goes awry to make sure it's right. I would use him again. He is right there."

"To start, I put in for an emergency call to Freschi and was told they would call me 30 minutes before. They never called me back. Freschi sucks!!!I I also put in a request on HomeAdvisor on Thursday night and was given Global Warming Heating and Air as one of their verified contractors. I got a call at 7am from Rudy. I called back around 830am and we made an appointment for 1130am. He showed up at 1105am and quickly diagnosed the problem. He recommended replacing the furnace(which houses the blower assembly) due to the cost of repairs and its 17 year old condition. He didn t try to up sell me for an entire new system. He said my AC is working well so there s no need to replace it. I decided to replace the furnace and he said he d be back around 130pm. Rudy and his crew were back by 1pm. From the start of demo to it running again was less than 2 hours. Rudy s customer service is top notch!! From now on, I will only be calling Global Warming Heating and Air. I can t say enough good things about Rudy s business ethics and timeliness. A+++++"

He provided some helpful information for the potential future replacement of the furnace with options and estimates. Max was professional and personable. The total cost was as quoted. Other companies I contacted either would not give me a quote over the phone, charged to just dispatch a technician, or quoted more than double."

I received another bid for comparison, but the other contractor was significantly more expensive and wanted to upsell me. It was refreshing that Josh understood I had done my research, knew what I wanted, and didn't pressure me into unnecessary upgrades.
