The job involves removing an old electronic interface module at the furnace, which is why it wasn’t something I could do myself. It also involved running a new thermostat wire, which he recommended a separate electrician perform (coordinated and contracted by All About Heating and Air), rather than having him do it. Doing it this way saved me several hundred dollars - which I definitely appreciate! I’ll be calling on them again if I need any other HVAC or plumbing services."

"Our initial estimation contacts - Clint THEN Frank were amazing. Timely, professional, took time to walk me through things, answered all of my questions and concerns thoroughly and gave me options. Frank came back with Tyler to do a load estimation to ensure we had the right size unit for our home. Ryan and Rob were our installation crew (along w Clint) and were also very courteous, informative, professional and polite. I also love how every member of the team was so thorough in cleaning up after themselves as well as courteous in taking shoes off when in the house. Brenda from the office was prompt in keeping me informed and very polite every time I called with questions. "I had a major remodeling project and got help from their sales manager / designer who was the best! Too bad he left the company. The building manager who coordinated my deck build left the company after just a week. The electrician is wonderful & so is their primary tile subcontractor, but everyone else you need to watch closely. Surface Bella is very expensive and I doubt I got my money's worth, but at least they didn't run out on the job. They also tend to cut corners."
