"This company is so professional and courteous. I contacted 5 different companies for quotes and these guys and one other contractor were the only two who did not trash talk every other company. Trash talking another company really does nothing for a business. Jed worked very hard at getting us a low price and was extremely prompt in their service. No they do not have a "showy" showcase at their place of business like some do but then they pass that savings onto the customer. The two receptionists were extremely professional and polite. In my opinion I would recommend these people to anyone. We ended up replacing both the air conditioner and furnace as well as had a humidifier installed, as well as two new air return ducts cut in. I am in the middle of a complete remodel and living in the house. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
