"I have a dual zone system and the air handler/heat pump unit on the 2nd floor was blowing hot air. I immediately looked up HVAC service in the Bel Air area and came upon Comfort Air. I initially chose this company based on the good reviews. I was told by the technician that based on the age of the unit and problem it was more cost effective to replace the unit instead of making a temporary fix. I agreed and after entertaining some estimates I chose Comfort Air. We negotiated a very reasonable price along with a quality unit. "After signing a contract on a Monday for a specific brand of heat pump they texted me Thursday morning, 24 hours prior to installation to announce they were changing the brand being installed. After a number of calls I had to agree to a substitute brand. Otherwise they told me it would be 4 weeks to get the original brand."
