Each time we have used their services, Shawn has been able to find the cause of the issues with our systems without having to order major parts or replace the old systems. Shawn and his team are professional, dependable, trustworthy, honest, and the ABSOLUTE best out there. We were so lucky to find these guys after years of having bad experience with other companies. They went above and beyond to ensure our family (with new baby) was warm in our home- (ie: they came out the same day that we called and made a trip after hours to fix another issue) so thankful guys!"

"Our new HVAC system was installed 12/20/2017. Our comfort level has decreased: We turn our heating down by 7 degrees F at night, but on cold nights the system takes over 4 hours to get back to the set daytime temperature. Acosta says we must not turn the heating down by more than 4 degrees. So we now have to choose between being too warm at night or cold in the morning. Supposed, this is because the unit is so efficient and not over-sized. It is too early to say if the higher efficiency shows up in substantial savings. The installers were on time and courteous. They did, however, leave the work area dirty, with left-over food and drink, and our garden tools strewn about. The crews explanation of the controls and electronic thermostat was rushed (after 6 pm) and inadequate."

"From start to finish a great experience! Called with no air conditioning yesterday, a Friday holiday weekend. The lady that answered the worked wonders and found tech close by that could come the next morning. I received a call the tech was going to be earlier than expected. Great news on a hot day with no air. The service was efficient and fair priced. Within a hour my unit was up and running again. The sales office followed up right after to schedule a time to look a future options since my unit is getting up there in age. No pushy sales. Professional, quality service. "I called GSM inquiring about their HVAC and insulation services. I also asked if I could have someone perform a Manual J load calculation (surprise to me, the Manual J calc was free!) as I felt that my existing heat pump was sized too small for my home (2.5 ton dual-zone single stage heat pump for 2200sq ft 2-story house). We agreed on an appointment time, and they sent Kelly out to my house. Kelly was very nice and professional, and did a thorough job explaining what all could be done and what my options were. Due to having so little room to work inside of the mechanical closest, you would have to remove the air handler completely just to wrap all of the duct work. Since I would be removing the old air handler that was 8 years old anyway, I decided to replace the entire system with a new Amana 3-ton 18 SEER dual-zoned heat pump. Kelly also told me they could seal up the hole & the mechanical closet so that hot air could no longer enter that space as well. I agreed to their quote, and they came out a week later (it would've been sooner but GSM wanted to make sure that the new system was designed properly, so they had to architect and design the layout of the new equipment to fit the small space) to do the work. Owen and Jason came out to perform the installation. They were both very professional & thorough, and they did an excellent job with the swap out & installation of the new heat pump. When GSM told me that it would take two days to do the work, I was prepared to be miserably hot trying to sleep at night with no air conditioning. Not only did GSM bring a portable AC unit for me use that evening so that wouldn't be the case, Owen and Jason actually got the heat pump wired and working the first day so I had full AC that evening, and the portable unit wasn't needed! They also insulated the attic space & mechanical closet with spray foam and foam board so the hot attic air will no longer be an issue. All in all, my experience with GSM has been great! They've been easy to communicate with throughout the entire process, they did an excellent job with the installation of the new equipment, and now I can rest easy knowing that everything has been taken care of!"
