"After a no call/no show by another technician (during 3 weeks of 90+ temps, a sick spouse, 3 tired dogs & a pandemic), I called Hvac Doctor after finding a referral on Angie's List. My call was promptly returned & I was honestly told I would be contacted if an opening presented itself. Within a few hours & much to my delight after a restless night of sleep, I was called & my central air was promptly & accurately repaired. These guys are top notch professionals as well as knowledgeable. Hvac Doctor is now going to be my new ongoing routine maintenance technician as well. Search no more, call Hvac Doctor! Can I give them 10 stars?"

"They did very high-quality work! They replaced my furnace and air conditioning. They did a very highly professional job. They did it in one day, They replaced a Montgomery wards furnace of 53 years and air-conditioning, the new furnace and the air-conditioning work very well. A lot less money to operate, I went from a 60% or 96%."

"Having had bad experiences in the past, I can be pretty wary of contractors, but I need not have worried with Riley! We were in a no-heat situation during cold weather and he was able to move things around and get to us within a few hours. During the diagnostic, he insisted I was present as he walked me through what he was testing and what the expected results would be. There was full transparency. Once the issue was diagnosed, Riley offered different options to solve the issue. There was no sales pressure, he wanted to find the right option for us. Given the age and condition of our system we opted for a new HVAC system and Riley presented us with different solutions, again with no pressure. The installation was scheduled quickly and I was amazed with the quality of the workmanship and service he offered. His pricing is very fair but in terms of value for money, his service, professionalism, and workmanship easily beats any of the ‘big names’."

"Riley was the technician who serviced my air conditioner yesterday. Riley always kept me informed on the progress of the work he was doing and before leaving THOROUGHLY explained the condition of my air conditioner and what I can do to extend its life. Fortunately my air conditioner, even though it’s 11 years old, is in great condition and I plan on doing things to prolong its life. Overall I would give Riley a rating of 10. He is an exceptional technician, knows his job, explains things well, and personable. The cost today was $17 for a replacement filter."

"I highly recommend Thomas with Prolific Mechanical. Another company came out and told me I needed to replace my HVAC system, but I decided to get a second opinion. Thomas took the time to properly diagnose the issue and was able to repair it instead of pushing for a replacement. He saved me a significant amount of money, was honest, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. If you?re looking for someone you can trust, Prolific Mechanical is the company to call."

"I only got 1 quote and it was from this company. The salesman on the phone, Don, was great. They offer financing and were quick about installation of the AC unit. However, apparently they needed to add coolant at a different time. They called to make an appointment for the coolant, later cancelled the appointment, and then I had to call and leave 3 messages before I could get another appointment for this coolant. Moral of the story, it’s hot in my house right now and hopefully they don’t cancel next week. Also one of the people randomly put a “mcquillan brothers” sticker on my water heater, that they did not install. Weird."

"Amazing !!!!!! They Showed up at 8:00 sharp and were completely done by 1:00 PM the same day.... Who ever heard of a double installation being done that quickly ?? They installed a Trane Furnace 80,000 BTUs and a 21/2 ton Trane Air Conditioner. I wanted a larger Air conditioner to effectively cool my house and boy did I get it, I can have winter temperatures in the summer. My old units were 15 years old and the air conditioner had to run constantly in order to come close to hitting the temperature set. Two months in my cooling bills are running $40 less a month because of better efficiency and a better air conditioner. Additionally no mess nothing, they hauled away the old units everything by 1:00 PM My suggestion is hire these guys they know what they're doing, they're reasonably priced, they have the best equipment and they are FAST !!!!!!"

"From the start to finish, every aspect of the Heat/Ac project was perfect. I would not go to anyone else. I highly recommend this company."

"Jermey and his associate came in and cleaned my air ducts and furnace. It was a painless process and will be a returning customer!"
