"After our central AC unit stopped working abruptly this past weekend, I immediately searched online for a company to come troubleshoot the problem. Based on the many great reviews, I choose First Class and they certainly did not disappoint! Within 2 hrs of my online inquiry, I received a call back and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Within 30 mins of arriving, the technician diagnosed the problem to be a loose wire on my AC unit.
