"First Alfano Mechanical Inc. came to my home, said they would do the job and called the office told them to get me on the schedule ASAP. Gave me a price per hour. Well he never called back to this day. Would not recommend them to no one. Job was to HARD for them. Also I had my AC on my worry free with PSEG and they made me take it off because they would not work on my unit in the tight spot that it was installed in my attic 11 years ago. SO WITH THAT BEING SAID: Celestial Air HVAC called when I first contacted Home Advisor and after not hearing back from Alfano(which I would not have hired because they didn t live up to anything he said while here), I called Celestial(and so glad I did) and they came the next day, said it was a hard job and a mess but nothing they couldn t handle. Anthony and Gus came the next day worked their butts off and I have my central air conditioning working right after 11 years. Great price and did over and above what was told to me in the beginning. I would recommend them to everyone and give them a 5 *****. We are very Happy People now. 👍👍😊😊"

"Peter and his crew were great. We replaced our steam heat and window AC units with their LG high-efficiency dual zone (heat and AC) unit. The air is great. The system adds moisture so it is not the DRY air that is typical of electric units. They showed up on time for the work each day. They were ALL very polite, clean, well spoken and knowledgeable. It is rare to be able to say that about ALL of the workers. We have an OLD home, and they worked around every obstacle that was in their way without tearing apart walls, floors, and ceilings like other companies admitted they would indeed have to do. Peter will take the time to explain anything you have questions about, so do not hesitate to ask. My wife and I had many questions and felt much better after asking them. They work with you and have the mentality that it is YOUR house so it should make YOU happy. They are not done after they get paid, they work with you to make sure everything is to your liking even after it is up and running. Oh, and it will NOT cost you more than the competition. "My first and second floors were on one heating/cooling zone. The second floor was always cold. I wanted to modify the ducts in a minor way to get more air up there, but Gerson convinced me that adding a new zone with its own thermostat and separate ducts and dampers in the basement made more sense. I liked his reasoning, and, 2 days later, he and his guys showed up and did the work. They were extremely responsive, professional, and careful. The new system solved the problem. I did not take the usual steps of getting competitive bids because the reviews for MDL were so positive. Now I concur. I can't say whether the price I paid was competitive, but I paid it cheerfully."
