"Relax Air was awesome. I called them on a Monday and by that Friday I had a new AC unit. Very professional, competitive priced. I would recommend them for any HVAC service."

"I'm so annoyed that every time I cooked in the kitchen on the main floor the cooking smell go straight to the basement and my roommate is constantly complaining and he brought in a guy claiming that this guy can fix the problem. The was never fixed and cost me a good amount of money which made me mad. I looked up the comments online and find out how great people talked about Matthew. Through his trained eyes , he educated me how the HVAC system works and what's the problem and what steps should I take to solve the problem. Matthew pointed out to me that when I cook, I have to have the intake air (which I don't) in order to replace the exhausted air. The problem is my kitchen duct vent that takes the exhaust air to the outside is pointed downward right above my kitchen windows and one of them has the exhaust fan; so the smell comes out through the exterior duct vent and goes back into the house through the portable window exhausted fan. The solution is to open one window and turn off the thermostat during cooking. The best solution is to call Bray & Scarff to fix the duct vent. Matthew impressed me with his knowledge and professionalism. Thanks Matthew."

"They installed a new boiler and central air conditioning in my DC rowhome and did a fantastic job. Joe answered all of my questions and they stayed on schedule with the project which was great because it was a larger project. I would highly recommend their services for the quality of workmanship and their prices were very reasonable as well. I will contact them again for future HVAC work in the DC area."

"The technician (Shammion) arrived on time and spent time listening to my concerns and answered my questions before proceeding with the work. Shammion has serviced my furnace and a/c unit previously, and on each occasion he has spent time informing me how various parts of my HVAC should work and what I need to do to get the most from the systems. On this occasion, Shammion instructed me on how to use my new thermostat and how best to keep my condenser coil clean in the future. The work was done expertly and in a professional manner, and I highly recommend Shammion and McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning."

"Quickly diagnosed the central air conditioning system, and gave an estimate on the cost of recharging the refrigerant in the compressor. The system is a 14 year old Carrier unit. Albert also included some sealant that may plug up the slow leak of refrigerant that occurs every 2 years or so. Albert also, showed me how to adjust the damper to control the flow of air to the second and third floors of the house. The other company that arrived wanted to charge me $5,000 to repair the system or close to $7,000 to replace the AC system with new. I intend to call upon Magna Tech Temp Air, Inc when I'm ready to purchase a new HVAC system. Thanks again for taking the time to listen to my concerns. Well done!!!"

"Great job replacing our air handler and air conditioner."

"My house to install HVAC system is in Virginia Beach, Virginia."

"The team was very helpful with identifying the issue with our heating system and providing guidance on how to proceed. We replaced the entire system (which was 10 years old). Very happy with the end result. The air is so much cleaner and my son's allergies have significantly reduced."

"I AM BUYING A HEATER SERVICE CONTRACT FROM PETRO THIS YEAR."

"I have been a customer for a very long time and this scheduled maintenance and dryer vent cleaning was done by Cesar. I have to say he is one very thorough technician and I was very pleased with his inspection and vent cleaning. His service was so different than some of the ones I've had before. I even had one inspector tell me he didn't need to check in my attic which houses one of our two units. Let me tell you about Cesar, he even cleaned up behind my dryer for me. This is something that is rare in customer service. I have my HVAC seasonally maintenanced and never had a inspector be as thorough as him. The pictures he took and explained to me and the one problem he found that no other inspector had found in all this time. I tried to spare him from the attic heat for the repair and have him return on another day in the morning but he didn't mind going back in there to fix the problem for us although it was in the dead heat of the day. I just hope the company sees this review and knows what a good technician they have in Cesar."
