"Ted came out and checked out the system and said he found it to be in excellent condition with everything working properly. Being now a cool season, he was not able to checkout the air conditioning cycles of the unit, but that would normally be done in the late spring anyway. I will plan to have him back at that time to check that aspect of the unit. Ted was most professional, courteous and knowledgeable. What I liked most about him was he made suggestions on how to save money on his services. He even told me with the newness of the system and the great condition is stays in, that I might only need a once a year checkout of the unit. It's not often you encounter someone who not only doesn't try to up-sell services, but actually makes recommendations on ways to reduce his costs to you."

"Gentleman was very professional.  Let me know everything he was doing.  Found that the drain under my air handler was clogged and fixed it on the spot.  Told me areas of concern for my system, and offered to speak with me when the time came to upgrade.  Will definitely use this company again in the future.

"After a nightmare trying to get 2-10 Home Warranty to get their "qualified" contractor out with a week of mid 80's temps, I gave up and called Pro Heating & Cooling. This is the busiest time of the year, yet Cody called me back ASAP, and showed up the next morning early! He even called to tell me his ETA. A quick assessment and 4 lbs of freon later, we are cooling again. Great, professional services, and we will continue to utilize them in the future. ***I've also left reviews on AL for Rapps Heating and Air, as well as 2-10 Home Warranty as if you hear either of those two names, expect a hassle/scam and run the other way."

"Rob was gracious and professional, gave us a reasonable estimate and did the work on our duct system right on schedule. It has made a world of difference in our house's air quality. The only reason my review is 4 stars and not 5 is that this was before most people, including us, had been vaccinated for covid, so I asked Rob to wear a mask in our house, which I also did when he was inside. But he didn't wear one. Given that my husband has asthma and was thus high risk for complications if he were to catch Covid, this was a concern for me."

He was at my house after lunch(as he said he would be)! What I appreciated most is that he followed up a week later to make sure it was still running! The posted picture is my son after Josh left.
