"The quality of the work was great, it is the product I am not sure about. Just had the system put in last year and the mother board needed to be replaced. While it took longer than expected to receive the part, once received, it was replaced the next business day. The technicians were knowledgeable and efficient. They replaced the part and performed the inspection; and explained it all so I could understand what they did (they even replaced the air filter without my asking). "There was a snag at the beginning when they realized, after beginning to dig, that the AC unit was on top of the oil tank and they'd have to call someone in to move it before digging could continue. That delayed things a few days, but thereafter they did a good job of digging and were very careful with our trees. They also took care not to ruin the lawn with the machinery. The new tank and heater were quickly put in the basement with no problems."
